Most e-mail and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) use programs to block unwanted e-mail, AKA spam. Unfortunately, these programs sometimes block e-mail you want to get.
To Make Sure You Are Receiving emails from RobCalhoun.com
Be sure to add the domain RobCalhoun.com and all associated email addresses to your email white list. This ensures the best chance of receiving the content and updates you asked for.
A whitelist is just a list of e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received. In other words, it prevents email you want from going to the junk folder.

If you would like to
get rid of the Promotions Tab in Gmail and just have those emails got to your inbox, you can. Here’s how:

(If you ever want to get the promotions tab back, just go back to settings, check the box, and save.)
